This is a very good brand for whey protein. Tastes good, looks good, and the value is good. I was trying this out mostly because of my lactose issues. While it doesn't give me a massive diarrhea like other brands of whey protein, it still makes my bowels feel uncomfortable without lactaid. If you have low tolerance for lactose, this might still be good for you. But for someone with zero lactose intolerance, I might have to go with something else.

considering it is only 1g fat and 25g protein it is good for the price. taste goos not the best my only complain would be that it is really heavy is not as smooth as other but I dont mind it. really recommend if your looking for cheap good protein.

This drink has just about everything you would want to take in on a daily basis- But instead of taking dozens of pills, you just down a tasty drink. Flavor is good, and it mixes well with water. I like to mix mine with ice so it's really cold.
